Minnesota law currently permits medical cannabis in pill, tincture and oil forms. (The state laws don’t allow smokeable medical marijuana.)  Two dispensaries are operated by Minnesota Medical Solutions and Leaf Line Labs. Minnesotans with qualifying conditions who are interested in enrolling in the program, and healthcare practitioners who are interested in certifying their qualified patients, should contact the Minnesota Department of Health for details.
